Bill C-92 allows our Nation to take the lead in empowering our Indigenous governing bodies and organizations to make decisions to protect our children’s well-being.

Tools to learn more:

We are conducting a complete analysis of Bill C-92, researching both the Child and Family Services (CFS) and global models, developing an infrastructure Feasibility Plan, and looking at current funding and potential funding required, and ultimately the service delivery and resources required for FMFN468 to change the legislation to meet the needs of our community.

Fort McMurray 468 First Nation is collecting Member feedback on child protection and intervention as part of Bill C-92. If you are a Member – please fill out the survey today via our Member Intranet, Tipi Talk, and on Facebook.
